We were super proud to independently bottle this single cask Bimber for our The Rare Casks series. It's a stunning cask, lovely and clean, full of flavour, only 178 bottles were originally filled from single Oloroso cask #125.1/9A. We've only got a small qty of these 10cl sample bottles available and makes for a great opportunity to try if you missed out when first launched. As you can see from the original customer reviews, it was certainly received well when first launched.
