A great opportunity to pick up one of Bruichladdich's most characterful new releases alongside a 20cl introduction to The Botanist. Yellow Submarine III is a 14 year old single malt distilled from 100% Scottish barley, matured on Islay in first-fill bourbon and French red wine casks and bottled at 54.2% ABV, honeyed oats, crème brûlée richness and a linger of sea salt. The Botanist, Bruichladdich's Islay dry gin, rounds out a fine pairing from the same Rhinns of Islay home.

Beautifully balanced and rounded, honeyed oats and buttery shortbread open on the nose, with pink peppercorns and a hint of ginger punctuating this sweet character.
Palate
Creamy crème Brulé adds to the spirit’s luxuriously smooth texture, complemented with crisp apple and pear on the palate.
Finish
Gentle spice and toasted hazelnut settle on the finish while a hint of sea salt linger.
