Bottled in celebration of the 2021 Islay Whisky Festival, (which was sadly cancelled once again), this small batch single malt was distilled 17th October 2013 and matured in a combination of 2nd fill and re-charred ex-oloroso & PX hogsheads. Bottled by independent bottlers, The Scotch Malt Whisky Society - 'Sweet, Smoked Salmon Jerky' has been bottled at 59.6% vol.
