Another nicely aged single cask bottled by the superb independent Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory, this time from Craigellachie distillery. Distilled 20th January 2009 then laid to rest for 16 year and bottled from a 1st fill Madeira hogshead in February 2025. Cask #206 was cracked open and bottled after 16 years maturation and released as part of the Symington's Choice, Cask Strength Collection series.
