A tremendously exciting single cask release from Glasgow based Scotch whisky bottlers, North Star Spirits. Distilled in 2016 at the Dalmunach distillery and matured for 6 years in a Port hogshead, 285 bottles have been filled at 56.4% vol and released as part of Cask Series 21. Dalmunach distillery was founded in 2014 and was built on the site were Imperial distillery once produced their excellent whisky.
