Another well aged single cask bottled by the superb independent Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory, this time from Glen Elgin distillery. Distilled 6th June 1991 then laid to rest in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt until 22nd August 2024. Cask #4073 was cracked open and bottled after 33 years maturation and released as part of the Symington's Choice, Cask Strength Collection series.
