An exciting single cask bottling from GlenAllachie distillery, drawn from single malt matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. Distilled 19th June 2006 and bottled in 2022 with only 376 bottles being filled from single cask #6607. Filled to bottle at cask strength, 59.0% vol and released as part of the seventh batch of special single casks from GlenAllachie distillery.

Bursting with almonds, treacle and brittle toffee, with notes of raisins, dark fruits, chocolate and baking spices.
Palate
Lashings of dark chocolate, toffee sauce and demerara sugar, followed by mocha, honey and treacle, with cinnamon and coconut shavings on the finish.
