This is the 4th batch of the mighty 21 year old release from GlenAllachie distillery. Expertly crafted by Billy Walker from Speyside single malt matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons, with this latest batch being bottled at cask strength, 51.1% vol. 'Bursts of baking spices, rich chocolate and heather honey, followed by treacle, orchard fruits and black cherries'.
