The second batch of the magnificent 30 year old from GlenAllachie distillery, expertly crafted by Billy Walker from 8 casks from 1990 and 1991 vintages - a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry hogsheads and puncheons along with some virgin oak casks. This latest annual release has been bottled at natural cask strength, 50.8% vol.
