This is the fourth batch of the incredible 30 year old single malt Scotch whisky from GlenAllachie distillery! Always a highly anticipated annual release, this well-aged Speyside malt has been expertly crafted by Master Blender Billy Walker from three Pedro Ximénez and two Oloroso casks aged for over 30 years. Packed with delightful flavours, this rare, well aged GlenAllachie was bottled unchillfiltered, without additional colouring and at a cask strength, 49.1% vol.

Dark chocolate, honeycomb and raisin butter, with hints of muscovado sugar, plum syrup and glazed almonds.
Palate
Rich cocoa, heather honey and chocolate raisins, followed by baking spices and molasses, with notes of Black Forest gâteau, grape must and orchard fruits.
