This 8 year old single malt has been specially crafted by Billy Walker from GlenAllachie single malt matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of virgin oak casks and red wine barriques! 'Lashings of treacle, dried sultanas and butterscotch, with cinnamon, peppermint and honeycomb'.
