The third and final bottling in a trilogy of drams bottled to celebrate Billy Walker's remarkable half century working in the whisky industry! This specially selected bottle has been crafted from peated malt matured in bourbon and rye barrels as well as a quantity of virgin oak casks. This final bottling was filled in August 2022 at 60.2% vol.

Bursting with toasted honeycomb, dried fruits and hazelnut, with hints of smouldering oak, dark chocolate and warm cinnamon apples.
Palate
Lashings of cinnamon stewed pears, toasted almonds, heather honey and pipe tobacco, followed by smoked barley, vanilla toffee and orchard fruits.
