Distilled 26th February 2013 at the Glenfarclas distillery, this independent single cask release was initially matured in a ex-bourbon hogshead before being given an extra maturation in a 1st fill ex-oloroso sherry hogshead. SMWS 1.251 'Passionate and Romantic' was bottled at 60.0% vol with an outturn of 225 bottles.
