A limited edition release from Kilchoman distillery, bottled exclusively for the Feis Ile 2017. This 100% Islay release is a vatting of bourbon barrel #324/2008 and Oloroso sherry butt #433/2009. Rather special to think that each part of the process in making this rare release was done at Kilchoman distillery itself. Bottled at natural strength, colour and without chill-filtration.

Soft, rich with cooked fruits, spice and burnt orange.
Palate
Sherry notes, vanilla and citrus mingling together.

Soft peat in the background. The finish is rich with a soft sweet peaty aftertaste.
