Tasting Notes
Nose: Soft cooked fruits with strong vanilla and caramel coming through with the additional ageing in bourbon barrels.
Palate: Butterscotch, toffee, peat smoke and soft citrus fruits with a mouth-filling lingering sweetness.
Finish: A long lingering finish with peat smoke and sweetness very evident.
