Another incredible old and rare release from Highland based Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory. One of two Laphroaig casks, distilled on the same day, matured in the same type of cask, then bottled on the very same day! Cask #10493 was distilled 4th November 1998 at the Laphroaig distillery, Islay then matured in a bourbon barrel for 25 years. Bottled 22nd August 2024, with only 171 bottles being filled from cask #10493. Released as part of the excellent Cask Strength Collection, this 'Symington's Choice' release was bottled at natural cask strength and without and additional colouring or chill-filtration
