The third release in 'The Casks of Lindores' series by Lindores Abbey distillery, created to showcase the cask types used to produce their award winning single malt Scotch whisky. This latest release has been matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry butts from the area around the city of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, then bottled at a very drinkable, 49.4% vol. Others in this series included the 'Bourbon' and 'STR' casks, which we still have a very small quantity left, at times of writing.
