A well aged single cask Mortlach, distilled 27th November 2007 and matured for 17 years in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt. Bottled by Independent Scotch whisky bottlers, Signatory on 5th February 2025 at natural cask strength, 56.8% vol. A 'Symington's Choice' release, only 655 bottles filled from cask #201, natural colour and un-chillfiltered.
