The Recollection Series by Gordon & MacPhail, a new range of drams released to 'revive and celebrate the character and spirit of closed distilleries'. Part of this rare series is this old and rare Pittyvaich which was distilled in 1993 and matured for 29 years in a refill American hogshead then bottled in 2022 with only 159 bottles filled from cask #3723. The official tasting notes for this Pittyvaich sound delightful!
