Here we have another heavenly, well aged single cask release from excellent Scotch whisky bottlers, Signatory. Distilled at the Teaninich distillery in 2007 and matured for 17 years. Bottled from cask #2 after being finished in a 1st fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. Released as part of the Symington's Choice series, 343 bottles only, filled at 55.0% vol.
