An indie single malt Teaninich, distilled in 2013 and matured for 10 years in total with 21 months being finished in stout barrels. An independent release, bottled by Thompson Bros. 482 bottles filled at 50% vol, with the beautiful artwork created by Scottish based artist, KMG.

Nose
Rye bread, freshly pitched yeast into a wooden washback..., nutmeg, barbequed soy glazed chicken, yeast extract, autumnal forest floor, shiitake mushroom. Some gentle fruits, unripe kiwi and lime peel.
Palate
Much bigger mouth feel than the nose would suggest, some pine resin, wood shavings, grilled buttered peaches, high roast malt and marmite.
Finish
Coating wax, resin, cardamom spice.
