Balcones Baby Blue, made from 100% blue corn (atole). Baby Blue was the first Texas whisky on the market since prohibition, and also received a 5-star rating from F. Paul Pacult’s Spirit Journal. Not only that, at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, it received a Double Gold medal!
