Released as part of the second batch in the Virgin Oak Series, this limited release of single malt GlenAllachie has been matured for 15 years in total with some time being spent in Scottish Virgin Oak! This type of wood maturation is very rarely seen, so a very exciting and rare release.

Bursting with honeycomb, vanilla pods and citrus fruits, with butterscotch, orange zest and white chocolate.
Palate
Lashings of heather honey, caramelised pine nuts, cinnamon and toffee, followed by orange peel, lemon zest, banana and ginger.
