Distilled from Kilchoman’s 2011, 2012 and 2013 barley harvests, this 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured release represents the essence of true single farm distilling. Every stage, from barley grown, malted and distilled on the island, to maturation and bottling, takes place at the Kilchoman distillery itself.
Matured for a minimum of 11 years in ex-Oloroso sherry butts, this expression brings a deeper, richer dimension to Kilchoman’s trademark citrus sweetness and coastal peat smoke. Layers of dried fruits, warm spices and oak richness unfold through the dram, perfectly balanced by that unmistakable Islay freshness. A rare and beautifully rounded example of Kilchoman’s farm-to-glass philosophy.
