The 11th batch of the delightful organic single malt whisky from Nc'Nean (pronounced 'Nuk-nee-ann') distillery, produced from organic Scottish barley then matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) red wine casks. The distillery produces it's whisky using 100% renewable energy, it's then bottled in 100% recycled clear glass and it's also 100% certified organic and vegan! The whisky is fantastic and the distillery also happens to be located in one of our favourite parts of Scotland, pretty incredible stuff!
