Baked apples with cinnamon sugar and shortcrust pastry jump out of the glass. Custard creams dipped in sweet tea are balanced against a tang of satsuma.
Palate
Wonderfully oily and viscous with crunchy apple and conference pears against a backdrop of dry spice and buttery pastry.
Finish
The spice continues to develop with a lovely elegant tannic note similar to earl grey tea.
