Distilled in 2004 exclusively from Bere, Scotland’s oldest cultivated barley, which was specially grown on Orkney for this project. Matured for over 10 years in ex-bourbon casks at the Arran distillery before being bottled 2014 at cask strength, 56.2% vol.
