Distilled at Auchentoshan in 2013 and bottled in 2026 after 13 years, this release comes from Signatory Vintage's Monuments of Scotland series, each expression paired with an iconic piece of Scottish heritage. This bottling is paired with St Andrews Cathedral, consecrated in 1318 in the presence of King Robert the Bruce and once the largest church in Scotland. It stands today in striking ruins, a monument to medieval Christianity and the upheaval of the Reformation. The whisky itself was finished in 1st fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, bottled at 50.8% ABV, unchillfiltered and at natural colour.
