We're now onto the 4th batch of Aultmore bottled by 'That Boutique-y Whisky Company'. For this release, 199 bottles have been filled at 47.3% vol. The colour on the 4th batch looks a lot ligher than previous releases.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company was formed to bring forgotten drams from some of the world's best distilleries to the whisky-craving masses. Often taken from miniscule parcels of forgotten stock / lost casks, none of the bottles carry an age statement. All labels are hand-illustrated and designed with a nod towards whimsicality, often incorporating whisky industry 'in-jokes'.
