This latest release from Independent bottler North Star Spirits is a 10 year old single malt from the Benrinnes distillery, Speyside. Distilled November 2006, initially matured in a refill hogshead, then finished in a cask that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry. Release as part of the Cask Series 003, 294 bottles filled at 49.1% vol.
