Bowmore has produced some outstanding, iconic limited edition bottlings; this particular example of Bowmore was distilled on the 5th of November 1964. The spirit was carefully filled into oloroso sherry casks then laid down to mature deep in the distillery vaults below sea level. After more than four decades breathing deep through the hand selected oak casks, the Bowmore spirit has been imparted with a stunning aroma and palate.
The five oloroso casks of this unique whisky have produced only 827 bottles, making it an extremely rare and sought after bottling.
