A superb new Highland malt release from Indy bottlers, Thompson Bros, distilled at the Blair Athol distillery in 2006 and matured for over 12 years. Bottled September 2023, 547 bottles filled at 50% vol with beautiful artwork by KMG.

Nose
Fresh Brie! (the good stuff), Roses lime cordial, lime zest, wine gums, lemongrass, fresh parsley, cask char, spearmint, cloves and aromatic brining water… bay, rosemary, pepper etc.
Palate
Lots of zesty lime; juice, zest and cordial. Gummy bears, cloves, spearmint, orange blossom, rosewater and a hint of lavender.
Finish
Mellow spice, cask char, brine, lime zest, cloves.
