Not so often do you see an independent release of Bruichladdich Octomore but here we have just that. The Rest & Be Thankful Whisky Company have released this 6 year old Octmore which was distilled in 2007 at the Bruichladdich distillery. Laid to rest ever since in a cask that previously held Sauternes wine, this heavily peated Islay Single Scotch malt whisky has been bottled at cask strength, a whopping 63.0% vol!
