A single cask Caol Ila, distilled in 1st June 2010 and matured for 10 years in a 1st fill shaved, charred and re-toasted barrique! Released in celebration of the Feis Ile 2021, 'Salt N' Sauce' was bottled by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society at 56.6% vol.
