Here we have a 2005 vintage Caol Ila, aged for 11 years in 1st fill sherry butts. Four casks have been used to create this new cask strength release from Gordon & MacPhail, all distilled 21st February 2005 then married together and bottled 20th July 2016 at 57.3%.
