A 2014 vintage Caol Ila, bottled by independent Scotch whisky bottlers, North Star Spirits for Cask Series 020. Bottled from a Port octave, this flavoursome single malt release was distilled April 2014 and bottled after 8 years in cask. You can't really go wrong with single malt Caol Ila, we're very much looking forward to trying this latest release from North Star.
