Tasting Notes
Cl10 - Elements of Islay Producer Notes
Nose: Sweet orange combines with butter and wisps of smoke.
Palate: A silky-smooth buttery texture sits perfectly alongside zesty bitter orange giving the impression of biting into an orange drizzle cake. This gradually gives way to rich, woody smoke, which slowly rolls over the palate leading to a final hint of salt and medicinal peat reek.
Finish: Lingering buttery orange, with a sprinkling of coastal rock salt.
