This absolute delight of a dram has been released as part of the impressive 100 proof series from independent Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory. Distilled in 2014 and matured for 10 years in combination of 1st fill Pedro Ximénez hogsheads, 2nd fill Oloroso sherry butts and dechar / rechar hogsheads. Bottled at the Edradour distillery at 57.1% vol, un-chillfiltered and without any additional colouring.
