Optic barley grown in Daftmill's South fields, harvested in late August 2006 and stored on the farm before being malted in Alloa during the summer of 2007. Distilled in the summer season and filled into a first-fill PX hogshead on 27th July 2009, this cask was selected by the Berry Bros & Rudd team and bottled exclusively for them.
321 bottles at 58.6% ABV.
