A new UK exclusive single cask Daftmill, launched at the Fife Whisky Festival early 2025. Distilled in 2013 using Publican barley grown in the 43ac field and harvested by John and Sandy August 2009. Laid to rest in first fill Oloroso sherry butt #097/2011 and matured on the ground floor of the Daftmill warehouse for 13 years. This UK exclusive Daftmill was bottled in 2025 at natural cask strength, 59.8% vol, with 642 bottles filled.
