The Winter 2010 Daftmill bottling, distilled using Publican barley grown in the 43ac field and harvested late August 2009. Crafted from a combination of 25 first fill ex-bourbon barrels filled November and December 2010, then left to matured in the Daftmill dunnage warehouse until bottling in 2023 at 46% vol.
