Colour: Amber honey gold with rays of sunlight.
Nose: Generous and full bodied as attractive aromas of sweet apple, pear and caramelised orange segments arouse the senses. Age has tamed and tempered this noble spirit which is further reflected in its many charming facets. Coffee mousse, soft liquorice, nutmeg, rich praline, pineapple completes this panacea of perfection.
Taste: Powerful and passionate. A box of the most luxurious dark chocolates filled with exquisite fondant cream centres suddenly opens up upon your palate. Irresistible and rewarding as intense flavours of bitter chocolate soon give way to ripples of Colombian coffee, crushed almonds, orange rind and marzipan. The longer this gentle giant is held in the mouth the more it begins to radiate. Cinnamon, toffee, black cherries with whispers of freshly baked banana bread, sultanas, treacle and nutty toffee.
Elegance personified.
