Colour: Intense radiant gold with amber glowing highlights of shimmering lights.
Nose: An avalanche of aromas are immediately aired; black toffee, candied orange, bitter chocolate and Jamaica pepper fill the room with their evocative nuances. Unctuous yet intriguing as notes of Oolong tea, fig raisins, creamy caramel and ripe mangos completes this deluge of delight.
Taste: The palate is deep and languorous as moist banana fig cake, poached fruits, with sherried touches of crushed almonds, cinnamon and pecan pie roll over the palate in perfect harmony. However it is the aftertaste of toasted pistachios, succulent peach syrup, creamy fudge and pineapple which completes this magnificent masterpiece.
Truly memorable, but hold it long in the mouth to tease every one of these enchanting flavours.
