Colour: A collage of colour from lemon to honeycomb gold illuminates your glass.
Nose: Warm and enticing. Blood oranges, cinnamon spice, cider apples entwine themselves around vanilla nutmeg and demerara sugar. This seductive elegance is accentuated further with tangy lime marmalade, buttermilk pancakes, honey and whispers of Turkish Delight and lemon grass.
Taste: Elegant and intrinsically refined. The long years in the finest American White Oak, quercus alba, has nurtured this aged spirit to perfection. Warm delicate flavours of toffee apple, chocolate fudge, soft fleshy pear with a dusting of cocoa, nutmeg and ripe bananas linger long on the palate. Sensual and seductive all the way through. Take a generous mouthful at natural strength, hold it long in the mouth and let the warmth of the tongue extract all those wonderful flavours. Pure class in a glass.
