The Distillery Collection from Diplomático rum distillery was launched to showcase the diverse distillation processes at the distillery. This Venezuelan rum has been created from sugar cane honey then distilled in a semi continuous distillation system, a method originally used in Canada for whisky production of whisky. A medium body, complex rum bottled at 47% vol.
