A 7 year old Dominican rum, bottled by independent bottlers, Berry Bros & Rudd. This single cask rum was distilled in 2013 and matured in an ex-Madeira barrel until 2021 with 404 bottles being filled at 57.6% vol.
Tasting Notes
Exotic fruit notes evolve through the more obvious caramel and vanilla. This is very easy on the palate with some delicate cinnamon spice cutting through the sweetness. The flavour progression is steady with the body fattening to give a lush and lingering sweet finale.
