To mark the 200th anniversary of Edradour Distillery, the distillery has unveiled a truly remarkable single cask release. Distilled in 1995 and matured for three decades in an exceptional Châteauneuf-du-Pape hogshead, this whisky unites Highland character with the opulence of one of France’s most prestigious wine regions. Drawn from Cask #2110, just 129 bottles have been filled at natural cask strength 55.1% ABV, presented as always un-chillfiltered and natural in colour. The influence of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape cask brings a sense of luxury and distinction, elevating this already rare whisky into a celebratory bottling worthy of two centuries of Edradour craftsmanship.
A whisky of rarity, elegance and grandeur. A fitting tribute to 200 years of tradition at Scotland’s smallest distillery.
