How exciting, this is the 100th cask from Indy bottlers, North Star Spirits! Bottled to celebrate the company turning 5 years old, it started it's life at the Glasgow distillery in 2006 and has been finished for just over a year in an Oloroso hogshead. Bottled for Cask Series 014, 319 bottles have been filled at cask strength, 51.5% vol.

Nose: My mum's tablet soaked in sherry, cinnamon & black pepper.
Palate: Sweet like coconut snowball with toasted nuts.
Finish: Scotch aromatics sweeties, sherry comes back with a fruit & nut.
