Distilled at Speyside distillery Glen Spey, this delightful single malt was distilled in 2007 and matured for 14 years in total with the final 3 years in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead cask. One of five UK exclusives released March 2023 by indie bottler, Murray McDavid, this single cask Glen Spey was bottled at cask strength, 50.1% vol, with only 181 bottles being filled.
