A rich and flavoursome single malt from GlenAllachie distillery, matured for over 11 years, initially for 8 years in premium American oak ex-bourbon barrels then transferred and given extra maturation for approximately 42 months in specially selected Marsala casks. These fortified wine casks from Sicily have 'created a well-rounded palate bursting with sweet fruits and smooth caramel, leading to a velvety mouthfeel and long finish'.

Bursting with heather honey, vanilla and stewed fruit, with notes of liquorice, butterscotch and roasted nuts.
Palate
Lashings of apricot, toffee and honeycomb, followed by hints of caramelised brown sugar, walnut and crème brûlée.
